Over the past decade the Larian Stomatologico has specialized in implantology, in particular Immediate Loading, a technique that allows us to load one or more implants just a few hours after surgery to restore the immediate masticatory function in a single session: this technique permits us to insert a fixed prosthesis after surgery.
The innovative technology allows us to insert four implants and a fixed prosthesis on the same day even in those patients with severe atrophy of the maxillary without bone grafts.
